As a highly skilled and intuitive massage therapist, Jodi prides herself on her ability to cater to the unique needs of every individual she treats. With over 11 years of experience and a diverse range of talents, Jodie is able to create customized sessions that address not only physical tension and discomfort but also emotional and spiritual well-being.

She believes in the power of touch to heal, relax, and rejuvenate the body, mind, and soul. Whether it's a deep tissue massage to release stubborn knots, a soothing aromatherapy session to calm the senses, or a rejuvenating Swedish massage to melt away stress, Jodi is dedicated to providing a transformative experience for each of her clients.

Jodi's passion for holistic healing and wellness drives her to continually expand her skills and knowledge. With an empathetic approach, she creates a safe and nurturing space where clients can unwind, let go, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. She is committed to helping every individual achieve their desired outcomes and experience the profound benefits of personalized, therapeutic touch. Every massage session is a tailored journey towards greater health, balance, and vitality.

Jodi received her massage certification through the National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy. She has traveled to different areas of the world for continuing education, receiving a Thai Massage certification in Laos. She studied Chi Nei Tsang, which is a Chinese style of body work that focuses on deep, gentle abdominal massage. She has also received a reflexology certificate, and studied craniosacral from BioDynamic Touch in Bali.

Jodi has always been interested in the healing arts and was drawn to the holistic approach to health and wellness that massage therapy offers. During her own journey of health, she saw food as a form of medicine if used properly. Being plant based has helped her own health in numerous ways and seeing the potential it has to heal disease in the body has drawn her towards the True North team. She joined the staff in September 2024, with a desire to bring relaxation to people during their time at TrueNorth. Her passion for global wellness has only grown stronger as the years pass.

Jodi enjoys anything in nature, from hiking to taking day trips to the beach—she finds much peace by the water. She loves seeing live music and going to farmers markets. She spends a lot of time on her family Christmas Tree farm in Sebastopol. Jodi's passion for travel surpasses most other interests and she hopes to eventually see all of the world. Her favorite indoor hobby is cooking and that has been one of her greatest loves for most of her life.
