TrueNorth Health Center offers an alternative approach to the restoration and maintenance of optimal health. The doctors at TrueNorth Health Center have extensive experience in the evaluation and conservative management of diabetes, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disorders, lymphoma, and a wide range of other health conditions. 

Participants come for water-only fasting to help manage their health conditions and to make lifestyle changes leveraging the power of a health-promoting whole-natural-foods diet. The Center is now the largest facility in the world specializing in medically supervised water-only fasting.

TrueNorth Health Center conducts clinical research to investigate the role of fasting and an exclusively whole-plant-food diet free of salt, oil, and sugar in the management of various health conditions. The Center, which has been in Sonoma County for over 40 years, also operates an outpatient clinic staffed by doctors of medicine, naturopathy, chiropractic and psychology.
